Coming Up: VAOSW Members Hosting a Maritime and Offshore Wind Conference
In case you missed it, Virginians for Offshore Wind (VAOSW) member Old Dominion University (ODU) will be hosting a Maritime and Offshore Wind Conference on March 25 in Norfolk, Virginia. The conference will be hosted in partnership with several additional VAOSW members, including Centura College, Dominion Energy, the Hampton Roads Workforce Council, Southeastern Wind Coalition and the Virginia Maritime Association.
At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the growing offshore wind industry in Virginia and hear about progress for regional offshore wind projects, including the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project. Registration for the event is free, so we encourage you to sign up today if you are interested in attending. To learn more about maritime at ODU, click here.

It is great to see organizations across the Commonwealth continuing to come together to support offshore wind and to educate stakeholders on the importance of the industry. We look forward to continuing to advocate for the offshore wind as we head into the new year and beyond.
